The majority of the public is uneducated in the nuances of buying and selling their own homes, including myself. Nancy has proven herself to be an extremely knowledgeable realtor who utilizes all the tools in her toolbox, as well as all her contacts in both the realty, escrow and lending industries, to ensure that her clients purchase the best home for the best price possible, and/or prep their home to sell it for the best price possible. In our case it had been over 32 years since we had been involved in a real estate transaction. We were going to be selling in one county and buying in another. We found a home that we were very excited about. However, she knew she had to restrain and mask our enthusiasm, so as not to give the seller the advantage. She guided us through the offer process and made demands of the seller’s realtor, that we would never have thought of. She did not let us submit an offer that was more than what she knew to be the going price in the area. In accepting our offer she also requested that the seller place an “Offer Pending” sign on the for sale sign, as she knew this would discourage any possible buyers for the upcoming open house. It worked. There was hardly any traffic and no other offers were received.

Nancy also competently took care of the sale of our home that we had lived in for 32 plus years. We had poured our hard earned money, as well as our heart and soul into that home. She and her staff helped us “clear the decks” to get our house ready to be put on the market. This included hiring a very competent photographer that took beautiful pictures of our home., making it very attractive to a potential buyer.

We felt very confident and very well taken care during both the transactions of selling our beloved home for more than what we originally thought it would go for, as well as buying the home of our dreams for a very good price.
